FAQs
How do we get to the venue?
1
The venue is approximately 30 minutes from Lake Geneva, where we have our hotel block. Buses will leave at 2:30PM on Saturday October 3rd from just outside The Cove hotel. Please refer to the Transportation and Stay tab above.
For guests choosing to drive, we recommend carpooling due to limited parking at the event. Please have a designated driver if you plan to drink.
There are limited rideshare options. They will not be guaranteed and there may be long wait times and high prices due to the location.
What do I wear?
2
Please wear comfortable shoes due to the outdoor nature of the venue.
Friday and Sunday are casual events, wear your favorite fall clothes and dress appropriately for the weather.
Saturday attire can be described as “Cocktail Comfortable”. Please keep in mind the above considerations and refer to the Attire tab above for more information.
What is the Venue like?
3
The venue (Camp Kettlewood) is at a refurbished girl scout camp. The festivities will mostly take place under the 50’ x 80’ pole barn pavilion and in the surrounding fields. There will be a fire burning Saturday and Sunday night and some yard games set up. For more information about Camp Kettlewood you can refer to the Camp Kettlewood tab or go directly to their website.

If you have further questions that this website cannot answer, please feel free to reach out directly to Andy at (ahubona@luc.edu or (708) 837-0443). We will be happy to help with questions up until the 1st of October. We recommend reaching out to family for last minute questions as we will not be able to accommodate them with coordination and setup.
